Unfortunately due to sanitation purpose, I do not accept returns. All sales are final. However, if your product is damaged when received, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. My first priority are my customers and your satisfaction matters.

• All orders will be shipped via USPS.
• Processing time is 5-10 business days, and shipping will proceed after the processing time. Shipping is 3-5 business days. We DO NOT ship on holidays. Business days does not include weekends or federal or personal holidays.
• Processing & Shipping are two different things. Processing means the amount of time need to fulfill your order. Shipping means your order is on its way to you.
• If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you did not receive it, you must address this with your local post office. We do not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered.
